As of September 2006
1. Submit an application form to the CVBA Membership Committee.
2. Should not be a member of any other existing Cebu-based gamefowl breeder or cockers association.
3. Should have the recommendation of at least 3 current Directors of the CVBA.
4. Should not meet a VALID opposal from any current Director of the CVBA.
5. Should be able to deposit ½ the amount of the annual main stag derby entry fee plus the one time membership fee of PHP 1,000. Deposits shall be made prior to the wingbanding period on the month of March.
6. One compulsory entry in the annual main stag derby is required for every 100 cockerels banded by CVBA and as such, deposits shall be made based on the computed required entries.
Examples: 100 banded cockerels = 1 compulsory entry
= ½ entry fee deposit required
101 banded cockerels = 2 compulsory entries
= 1 entry fee deposit required
7. All deposits made will be forfeited in favor of CVBA in the event of failure to field an entry or entries as required per 100 cockerels banded.
Example: 101 banded cockerels & only 1 fielded entry will result to
the forfeiture of ½ entry fee deposit made.
